Sal Fuentes
CEO & President
With over 18 years in strategic marketing and sales positions, Sal brings a wealth of experience to our client engagements. Before founding Decision Counsel, he served as President of Liquid Thinking, a professional services firm focused on accelerating venture-backed enterprises. Prior to Liquid Thinking, Sal was a Managing Partner for USWeb/CKS, where he lead client engagements with Novell, IBM, Televisa, Sega and Mazda. During his tenure at USWeb/CKS, Sal was responsible for building over $70,000,000 in client relationships. Previously, Sal served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Motorola and Acer America. A gifted speaker and facilitator, Sal leads our Strategic Framework programs that empowers executive management off-sites, strategic planning meetings, sales training and product development planning.
His Decision Counsel engagements include Computerworld, DEMO Conference, MacWorld, Popular Science, Hanley Wood, Station Casinos, Slashdot, LSI Logic and Palm.
Brad Gerstein
EVP, Creative & User Experience
Brad has served as Creative Director for Decision Counsel since the fall of 2003. Previous to joining Decision Counsel, Brad was the principal behind Gerstein Design Group, a digital design firm focused on e-commerce and information architecture. His clients included Blue Shield, Mark Logic, Peace Mantle and Sun Microsystems.
Brad’s unique background in user experience design and architecture enables him to manage brands in digital and physical environments. He has worked on diverse design projects ranging from rich media projects for mobile phones, wrapping buses and buildings in Las Vegas, to the launch of the 40,000 page Computerworld.com.
Brad has served as Creative Director on numerous projects at Decision Counsel including PBS, Del Monte Foods, Salesforce.com, Sun Microsystems, Kaspersky Security, Google and Palm. Brad holds dual master’s degrees in Fine Arts and Architecture.
Jon Moggio
Managing Director, Rich Media
Moge began working with Decision Counsel as an independent contractor in 2005. He officially joined the company in 2008 as Art Director, Rich Media, and has served as Managing Director of Rich Media since the fall of 2008. Previous to his stint as an independent contractor, Moge worked with Publicis & Hal Riney, a full-service advertising agency based in San Francisco.
Moge attended The Portfolio Center School for Design in Atlanta, Georgia and began his career in 1996 as an Art Director specializing in Print Design. In 1997 Moge began working with Adobe Flash and has developed his skill set as the technology has evolved from a simple animation tool into a full-fledged programming tool.
Moge has served as Managing Director of Rich Media on numerous projects for clients including Builder Concept Home 2010, Palm, Printroom, Computerworld, Infoworld and Tacos & Tequila.
Wrigley Fuentes
Chief Morale Officer
Wrigley Fuentes has been Chief Morale Officer for Decision Counsel for 3 years. Prior to Decision Counsel, Wrigley attended the distinguished Sunshine Bernese Academy in Redding, CA, graduating with honors. During his tenure at Decision Counsel, Wrigley has proved an indispensable member of the team, ensuring a lively workplace with plenty of belly rubs and doggie high fives. In addition to his position at Decision Counsel, Wrigley is also committed to continuing his doggie education at Kamp K9 where he has earned the distinction of “Kamikaze Kamper” multiple times. He is also an accomplished male model, being the face of Ross Dress For Less’ Pet Products Section. In his spare time, Wrigley enjoys long walks on the beach with his dad, napping in the conference room and plenty of treats.
